Super Save Protocol engages a small number of sub-processors to run the registry. Each is subject to due diligence and written terms no less protective than our Data Processing Agreement. We remain fully liable for their performance.
Members should replace the entries below with their actual providers before publishing. Notice of changes is given as described at the foot of this page.

02 Onward transfers
Where a sub-processor is located outside the UK or EEA, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or by the Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum where applicable, supported by a transfer risk assessment.
03 Notice of changes
We give Members at least 30 days' written notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor. Members may object on reasonable data protection grounds within that period; where an objection cannot be resolved, the Member may terminate the affected service without penalty for the unused portion of prepaid fees.
