Five registries.
One shared truth.

Each module covers a different instrument and a different member type. They run on the same fingerprint standard, so a collision in one registry is visible from the others.

Module · Customs

Customs Registry

Shipments enter the registry at the point of customs clearance, which is the only moment the record is unambiguous. Every later financing decision measures against that entry.

  • Register bill of lading, shipping bill, commercial invoice, container and HS code
  • References normalised across punctuation, spacing and case differences
  • SHA-256 fingerprint over the identifying fields, computed on submission
  • Exporter and importer names compared after legal suffixes are stripped
  • Duplicate check runs before the record is saved, not overnight

Module · Bank

Bank Finance

Search the registry before you advance, record the advance once you approve. Both halves matter — the check protects you today, the record protects the next member tomorrow.

  • Search available shipments and see which are already financed elsewhere
  • Loan-to-value and exposure captured against the registered cargo value
  • Financed status published to the registry the moment a request is approved
  • Request-to-decision history retained for audit and dispute handling
  • Officer and administrator roles with separate approval authority

Module · Collateral

Collateral Registry

A charge over an asset is only as good as your knowledge of the charges that came before it. Register yours, search everyone else's.

  • Register charges over stock, receivables, plant, property and equipment
  • Search by asset identifier, borrower or registering member
  • See existing charges and the order in which they were registered
  • Borrower-level view of total registered collateral across members
  • Release and discharge recorded with the same audit weight as registration

Module · Factoring

Invoice Factoring

The strongest signal in invoice fraud is cross-registry: a receivable whose underlying shipment a bank has already financed. That is exactly the check a factor cannot run alone.

  • Invoice hashed on number, seller, buyer, amount and currency
  • Duplicate detection across normalised invoice numbers and party names
  • Double-financing check against the customs and bank registries
  • Tax registration format and status validation
  • Risk bands from low through critical, with configurable thresholds

Module · Cheque

Cheque Verification

Cheque cashing runs at counter speed, and the fraud moves at the same pace. The registry gives a teller the presentment history of every member before the cash drawer opens.

  • Central registry of presentments across all cashing members
  • Prior dishonour history on the drawer, the account and the instrument
  • Duplicate presentment detection on cheque number, account and amount
  • Multi-signal verification checks with a combined risk readout
  • Teller and administrator roles with per-branch scoping

Across every module

The parts that make it usable on a Monday morning.

01

Fraud alert queue

Suspect and duplicate results become cases with owners, statuses and dispositions — not emails that get lost.

02

Immutable audit log

Every search, registration, approval and export is written append-only with actor, organisation, time and IP.

03

Reports and exports

Registry activity, alert outcomes and exposure summaries, exportable for internal risk committees and regulators.

04

Analytics

Volume, match rates and risk distribution across your organisation and, where permitted, the registry as a whole.

05

Global search

One field across shipments, invoices, cheques, containers and references, scoped to what your role may see.

06

Role-based access

Twelve institutional roles from teller to registry administrator, each with explicit abilities and org scoping.
